Felixstowe Port Delays

We have been advised this morning that the port of Felixstowe has performed an upgrade on their internal computer system.

This is causing delays and is heavily affecting the port turnaround time for our hauliers when collecting containers for delivery.

As a result of this, deliveries may be delayed today and the following few days.

Both Neptune and our hauliers will ensure that every measure is taken to get deliveries to you on time but please be advised there may be delays.
